A souvenir mug is an item that can be bought from Diango to celebrate the wedding between the King Black Dragon and the Kalphite Queen (and the real life marriage between Kate Middleton and Prince William which it parodies). When polished, the player rubs the mug. Despite being labelled as a "mug" in-game, it cannot be filled with water or any other form of liquid. Using it on a water source will yield the message "Nothing interesting happens."
The mug is not restricted from the Fist of Guthix activity.
Doing the emote on this item would stall your character. This was later fixed.
