Soulbell shoes are an item released with the Dungeoneering update. It is a Tier 7 piece of armour that is worn in the foot slot.
They can be crafted at level 62 Crafting with one Soulbell cloth and a needle, giving 65.2 experience. They require level 60 Magic and Defence to wear.
