The bad Sithik portrait is the result of a failed attempt to do a portrait of Sithik Ints during the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest. It is the result of using a papyrus on Sithik Ints with a piece of charcoal in the inventory. Since it is improperly done, the Bartender at the Dragon Inn will be unable to identify Sithik and will not sign it. Players must try again until they produce a good Sithik Portrait.

- The item's examine is a joke referencing how pieces of Modern art often do not visually resemble their subjects.
