Sin Seer is the only female seer. She can be found on the second floor of the building with the spinning wheel in Seers' Village. She has a horribly disfigured face, although after the RuneScape HD update, she just seems like an old lady. She is consulted during the Shadow Sword miniquest. She seems to be holding some sort of staff that has a carving of a bird with rubies for eyes and a beak that makes it look a little like a scythe. It also seems to help her stand as she has a hunch. She's also slightly crazy and (if not doing the mini-quest) will say "Augh! Your sins! They BLIND me!"
You must receive a Sin seer's note to give the General Khazard during the Shadow Sword miniquest as proof of your Trustworthiness from this NPC.
Trivia
- Her name is a play on the word sincere, in which her examine text is related to.
- On 23 January 2010, after the Strange Power spoiler update she was heard saying, "My inner eye is clouded from the wave of darkness; give me a moment." The dialogue box expressed the confused/drunk/dizzy animation during this comment until you continued to speak to her, where she would then ask, "What do you want?"
