Shark Fists 4 are a weapon that was obtainable from the Squeal of Fortune with the Sizzling Summer promotion that require 55 Attack to equip. The equipment statuses are between that of rune and dragon claws. However, they do not have a special attack. They can be switched between them by choosing the "change" function that can change to shark fists 1, 2 and 3.
