Seer's headband 4 is a reward obtained after completing the elite Seers' Village Tasks and speaking to Sir Kay in the Camelot Castle.

Benefits
From Seer's headband 1, 2 and 3
- Active only when worn
- Use as a dim light source without needing a tinderbox (can also be in the inventory.)
- Get 2 logs from normal trees anywhere in Gielinor.
- 10 more experience when cutting maple logs anywhere (this bonus stacks with the Lumberjack clothing bonus).
- Doubles as a medium light source without needing a tinderbox, whether it is equipped OR in your inventory - so you can wear a helm with better defence and still get the benefit. (Even though it won't go out, the headband can't be used as a light source for the Haunted Mine quest.)
- Spin flax faster than a normal spinning wheel on the Seers' Village wheel.
- Counts as a brighter light source without needing a tinderbox (does not have to be worn, just carried in inventory)
- Significant increase in speed while using the spinning wheel in Seers' Village. Each string takes 1.2 seconds to spin (33.6 seconds to spin 28 flax into bowstrings).
- Ability to get an enhanced excalibur (has to be worn first time, but not if you retrieve it after lost)
- Active at all times
- Ask Geoffrey at the flax field in Seer's village for 30 noted flax daily.
- Put a max of 140 coal in coal trucks west of Seers' Village.
- Doubles as a medium light source without needing a tinderbox, whether it is equipped OR in your inventory - so you can wear a helm with better defence and still get the benefit. (Even though it won't go out, the headband can't be used as a light source for the Haunted Mine quest.)

- Cheaper enchant for mystic staves from Thormac (27k coins instead of 40k)
- Option to switch any kind Camelot teleport to place the player in the middle of Seer's Village instead of at the entrance to the Camelot castle. You must talk to a Seer in Seer's Village to do so.
- Coal Trucks will hold 196 coal
- Geoffrey at the flax field in Seer's Village will give you 120 noted flax everyday.
Seer's headband 4 only
- Active at all times
- Talk to Geoffrey in the flax field to claim 200 free flax once a day.
- Stankers arranges for 200 coal that you mine to go directly from his coal trucks to your bank once a day.
- 5% bonus woodcutting experience.
- Increased chance of enchanted Crossbow bolt effects occurring.
- Enhanced Excalibur's special attack now heals twice as much
