The Seeker of Truth is a dead stalker found during Salt in the Wound quest which contains the Seeker gland required to make the Anti-mind control serum for the confrontation against the Mother Mallum. It has a similar appearance to a dead Night-gazer Khighorahk.
A Caustic gazer and a Guardian sphere guards it. There is no explanation in the quest for how it died.
