Rufus runs the Rufus's Meat Emporium in Canifis. He is also involved in the quest The Great Brain Robbery. He is a werewolf, but is non-attackable since he runs a store. In The Great Brain Robbery, you have to talk to him wearing a Ring of charos, so he'll agree to let you use a crate and gives you crate parts for use in the quest. His connection with the meat store gives rise to comments about the werewolves' preference for raw meat.
During Wolf Whistle, it is mentioned that Rufus supplies meat to pet stores.
