Rudolph

Rudolph is a Zamorakian mage and an insurgent who is part of the group that attack the Morytanian refugees and steal the body of Albertus Black. He is tasked with tracking down the survivors afterwards, and follows Pia and Jack with the aid of the ranger Martin. He is killed by Kara-Meir.

He is cousin to Lord William. He was also born out of wedlock, which meant that he had no claim to inheritance from his parents. This went to his brother instead.
