The Royal sceptre is obtained from looting kingly Implings. These implings can be caught through the Impetuous Impulses activity, or throughout the world of Gielinor. When released on 22 February 2010, its set market price was 70,000 Coins. It has no combat bonuses and it is only used for looks.
