The Rock-shell helm is a member's only piece of Fremennik armour. It is primarily worn by warriors and has the same stats as a rune full helm, except for the Summoning Defence Bonus. To wear a rockshell helmet the player must have completed the Fremennik trials quest and have at least 40 Defence. To obtain a rockshell helmet, the player has to either bring 1 dagannoth hide, 1 rock-shell chunk and 5000 coins to Skulgrimen in Rellekka or trade with another player. This piece of armour cannot be made using the Smithing skill.

Trivia
- There is a glitch where if the player is wearing a Rock-shell helm, parts of the player's head can be seen through the back.
- Some zamorakian warriors can be seen wearing a red-coloured rock-shell helmet.
