A Rake handle forms part of a rake, along with the rake head. A rake may randomly break into these two parts, presumably as a measure against macros.
The only use for this item is to combine it with the rake head (which will be strewn randomly around the surrounding area) to form a whole rake again.
A Rake handle will be obtained during My Arm's Big Adventure, the player must then fix the head back on.
