The rabbit sandwich is an edible item which can be made with the Cooking skill, using Bread with cooked rabbit to make a Dry rabbit sandwich and finished off with a tomato. They each heal 75 life points.
Four Rabbit sandwiches are given to you during the Death Plateau quest by Sabbot. The sandwiches are also dropped by Gelatinous abominations, Troll Shamans, Troll commandos, and Troll chuckers.
