The Queen help book or Queen help is obtained during the Barbarian Assault activity after the tutorial with Captain Cain. It is mentioned in the book that a Fremennik warrior, named Chad, discovered how to defeat the Penance Queen.

1) Collector: Pick up yellow egg. Pass to healer.
Take omega egg from Defender. Load into turret.
2) Healer: Take yellow egg from Collector. Poison egg in pool. Pass to attacker.
3) Attacker: Take poisoned, yellow egg from healer. Add spikes from mushroom. Pass to defender.
4) Defender: Take poisoned, spiked, yellow egg from Attacker. Dunk in lava. Pass to Collector.
