The Promethium longsword is a Tier 10 sword used in the Dungeoneering skill. It is made of Promethium, and can be made at 94 Smithing with two Promethium bars. It requires 90 Attack to wield.

The only other way to obtain this item, without smithing it or obtaining it from other people, is to obtain it as a drop from the boss Blink, from a level 178 skeleton wielding a longsword, or from a forgotten warrior visibly wielding the sword or its primal counterpart.

It is the second strongest longsword available in Daemonheim, after the primal longsword (requiring 99 Attack). The sword also has a similar shape to the Gorgonite and Chaotic longswords. It is less accurate than a Chaotic longsword, having 27 and 13 less stab and slash attack bonus respectively, but its strength bonus is 5 higher.
