The Prince leggings along with the prince tunic make up the prince outfit. It is received from completing the Kiss the Frog random event and choosing Save up for a costume upon opening the random event gift. The leggings can then be claimed from Iffie in Thessalia's Fine Clothes in Varrock. The leggings cannot be traded and gives no bonuses, but it is still worn by people who like the way it looks or want to show off the uncommon outfit. It almost looks similar to the Desert legs, which can be bought at Ali Morrisane.
The colour of the legs will automatically change to the colour of your socks. Yrsa's Accoutrements in Rellekka can recolor the bottom half of the prince leggings.

Trivia
- Before the random event update, a player could trade in a frog token for the entire prince outfit (the prince tunic and the prince leggings). Now, with the random event gift box, a player can only receive one piece of this costume each time he/she receives the random event.
