A frog mask is a mask in the shape of a frog's head. It is only obtainable through the frogs random event, and then choosing the "Save up for a costume" option of the Random event gift, then proceeding to the Thessalia's Fine Clothes store in Varrock to redeem the points in exchange for the mask or the Prince/Princess outfit.

Trivia

• Before the random event update, the frogs that would appear to you would also be visible to everyone else in the area. Upon completing the event,you would receive a frog token, exchangeable for either the frog mask or the Prince outfit or Princess outfit.
• The chathead of the Frog mask appears vastly different to the overworld model and the inventory icon.
