The Primal warhammer is an item released with the Dungeoneering update. It requires 99 Attack to wield, and cannot be made using the Smithing skill. The only way to get this item is via a drop from Bal'lak the Pummeller.
This, along with the gorgonite warhammer and promethium warhammer, is one of the few weapons with a higher strength bonus than accuracy bonus. At a +132 strength bonus, this weapon has the same strength as a godsword and hits faster. Its crush bonus is 3 higher than a Statius's warhammer.
