The Primal plateskirt is the best plateskirt available within Daemonheim. Its stats far exceed any other plateskirt outside of Daemonheim. It requires 99 Defence to equip, and cannot be made using the Smithing skill. It is a drop from Night-gazer Khighorahk. The smuggler will buy it for 60,000 coins.
Unlike the rest of Runescape where platelegs and plateskirt provide identical bonuses, in Daemonheim they provide different bonuses. Plateskirts provide higher crush defence than platelegs, but lack in the areas of stab, slash, and ranged defence. Some players bind a Primal plateskirt in conjunction with a Primal platebody to make up for the lack of crush defence by the platebody.
