Primal boots is an item released with the Dungeoneering update. They require 99 Defence to equip and are Tier 11. The primal boots are currently the best melee boots in Daemonheim. They are a possible drop from the Gluttonous Behemoth.
As with all tier 11 equipment, they cannot be made with the Smithing skill. They can be sold to the Smuggler for 30,000 coins.
