Pile of ground bones is used as an ingredient in Moonshine in the 2010 Hallowe'en event. It can be obtained by searching the buffet table after speaking to Moira, Helga or Greta.
Trivia
- If you leave the Grim reaper's house with this item, the message "The Halloween items vanish. You feel a little strange." will show in the chatbox. This message also shows up if only one item is held when leaving.
