Phillipa DeMarne was Juliet's cousin. She attempted to help you save her and Romeo's relationship during the Romeo & Juliet quest. However it backfired and she began dating Romeo instead. She appeared to be wearing a different coloured version of a Moonclan skirt.
There used to be a glitch where if you used a bone on Phillipa, it would turn to a peach, similar to the Bones to Peaches spell. This was soon fixed.
Trivia
- Phillipa seems to be wearing a moonclan skirt, while Romeo is wearing what is confirmed to be a Moonclan cape.
- Even after the Romeo & Juliet quest got removed, she is still listed in the Varrock Census from the Year 160, 9 years from Runescape's current date.
