Pete is the second most common name used by non-player characters (NPCs) in RuneScape after Ali, the name of every single NPC in Pollnivneach except for Sumona. This may refer to several characters:

Make-over Mage, whose name is Pete when in male form.
'Piccaron' Pete, a pirate aboard the Lady Zay.
ScarFace Pete, a man from the Heroes' Quest, who players must steal a candlestick from.
Patchy, sometimes referred to as Patchy Pete, a pirate on Mos Le'Harmless.
Dell Monti, called Pineapple Pete by his former crew.

There is also a group of NPCs who are brothers, and all have the name Pete.
