The perfect shell is an item dropped by a Tortoise or Warped tortoise.
It may not be used in place of a tortoise shell as an ingredient to make a War tortoise pouch for Summoning.
It is not tradeable, but can be sold to Barlak in Dorgesh-Kaan for 600 coins and 500 Crafting experience.
