Peahats are items that were released as an April Fools' joke in 2012. In the P-Hat-Palooza update, it was said that Green P-Hats (green partyhats) "are lying strewn throughout the streets of Lumbridge, Varrock and Falador." which deceived many players into thinking that they were actual Green partyhats. After April Fools Day the Peahat could be bought from Diango's stall for one coin.

The peahat appears to be a solitary pea attached to a string, barely visible to the eye when worn.

They may not be stored in the Toy box of a Player-owned house.

Trivia

• Jagex used the term 'P-Hat' as a play-on-words, as players would think they are getting the expensive 'Partyhats'.
• Peas do not exist alone as an item in RuneScape.
• They were created by Guthix according to the news.
• The news also mentions more "p-hats", but these will more than likely not appear in the game.
