Raw oomlie may be obtained by killing the oomlie birds found in the depths of the Kharazi Jungle, South of Shilo Village. To get into the Kharazi Jungle, the player must have started Legends' Quest. Used with a palm leaf, it is a primary ingredient in the oomlie wrap. Eating one is a hard Karamja task. It requires level 50 Cooking to make. The raw oomlie always burns if cooked by itself. The wrap heals 140 life points when consumed.
Raw oomlie is sometimes given as a tip from the Gnome Restaurant minigame.
