Ogre boots are a part of the Ogre clothing and is for decoration only. They can be bought from the general store in Oo'glog owned by Frawd for 60 coins after completing As a First Resort, from other players, or from the Grand Exchange. However, it is very unlikely to be bought instantly. This item is often disregarded as 'junk' and thus not used/worn by many players.
