The Offhand mithril warhammer is an item similar to the Mithril warhammer except that it is equipped to the shield slot. Like all other Mithril weapons, level 30 Attack is required to wield it.
The Off-hand mithril warhammer can be created via the Smithing skill at level 59 from 3 mithril bars, providing 150 Smithing experience.
