The Offhand mithril sword is an item similar to the Mithril sword except that it is equipped to the shield slot. Like all other mithril weapons, level 30 Attack is required to wield it.
The Off-hand mithril sword can be created via the Smithing skill at level 54 from 1 mithril bar, providing 50 Smithing experience.
