The Offhand mithril battleaxe is an item similar to the Mithril battleaxe except that it is equipped to the shield slot. Like all other Mithril weapons, it requires 30 Attack to wield.
The Off-hand mithril battleaxe can be created via the Smithing skill at level 60 from 3 mithril bars, providing 150 Smithing experience.
