Niles is one of the brothers from the Certer Random Event. Prior to the random event, he was a certer located in Draynor who could cert Raw lobsters, Lobsters, Raw swordfish, and Swordfish. Orven and Seth had the same features, but were located at the Fishing Guild and Brimhaven respectively.
