Chuck was a certer in RuneScape Classic. He ran the Log Exchange Stall north of East Ardougne and exchanged willow, maple, and yew logs into certificates for large quantity trading. He was removed with the release of RuneScape 2, his profession made obsolete by bank notes and was not brought back as a Random event like Niles, Miles, and Giles were.
