The Myre snelms are two different member's only helmets. There are no requirements for wearing these snelms. The snelms can be obtained either by using the Crafting skill, or by trading with another player.
To make the myre snelms, players need at least 15 Crafting, either a round Blamish myre shell (for the round snelm) or a pointed shell (for the pointed snelm) and a chisel. Creating a myre snelm will give the player 32.5 Crafting experience regardless of the snelm type. The snelm is proven to reduce the damage taken from Giant Snails, and is recommended as the damage reduction is very large.
