Murky Pat is a pirate aboard the Lady Zay. Murky Pat is the brother of Murky Matt at the Grand Exchange. If you talk to Matt after you complete the quest Lunar Diplomacy, he will eventually ask you about Pat. Murky Pat also acts as a distraction in the Livid Farm.
