Monkey nuts heal 40 Life points. They can be purchased at Solihib's food stall on Ape Atoll after starting the Monkey Madness quest. Players must be in the form of a monkey (by holding any monkey greegree) before talking to the stall owner or they will be thrown in jail just like in the quest.
5 Monkey nuts are also used in farming, together with a Monkey bar and a Ground-up Suqah tooth, as the payment for protecting a spirit tree.
There is also a Monkey nut bush under the Ape Atoll agility course, but this never seems to have any nuts on it, because they only grow Tchiki monkey nuts during Recipe for Disaster.
