Level 70 (65 with Summer pie) Collect blue dragon scales in Taverley dungeon. Using Falador Teleport tablets and Beasts of Burden will ensure maximum profit per hour. Without beasts of burden, profit tends to be   600,000 coins/hr maximum. Recently however, with the release of blue dragon scales on the Squeal of Fortune, prices have crashed, making this method less worthwhile. You can teleport to the Taverley lodestone, since it's a short walk away from the dungeon. Bringing an anti-dragon shield is necessary if you cannot make Super antifire. Having level 97 combat is advantageous, as the baby blue dragons will not be aggressive towards you. Collect the blue dragon scales, storing them in your Beast of Burden when necessary.
