A miner chestplate (iron) is an item made in Artisans Workshop. One iron ingot i and level 30 Smithing are required to make the chestplate. Smithing this gives 101 smithing experience, and has no further use. It can be deposited in the nearby chute to remove it from the inventory quickly. When following the instruction of Suak, it would give you a 10% boost; changing it from 101 smithing experience, to 111.1 smithing experience.
