A Mind helmet can be made during and after the Elemental Workshop II quest in the Elemental Workshop dungeon. You must have a Beaten book in your inventory and smith a primed mind bar into a mind helmet. When equipped, it sends off an orange beam. It has also been noted by some players to make them appear bald.
Its only notable feature is its magic defence bonus.
