Marcus Everburn is found in Taverley, south of the Heroes' Guild, close to a camp fire. He is the firemaking skill expert and sells basic firemaking supplies in his shop.
Marcus, like Blaze Sharpeye, is a pyromaniac, as shown in their capitalised statements regarding fire. In Marcus' case, he says "Do you know what's better than being a knight? Being a knight who SETS THINGS ON FIRE".
