Major Nigel Corothers is an Imperial Guard officer involved in the Troll Warzone tutorial. He may be found just a bit south of the lodestone, next to the bank chest, southeast of the Warriors' Guild. If you lose your Dwarven Army Axe he can also give you a replacement. Apart from other roles, he can give players recommended tasks of quests and other activities available in RuneScape. There is a right click option "Get-recommendation" to activate this feature.
