The Mahogany Cape Rack is a piece of furniture that can be built in the Costume room of a player-owned house with the Construction skill.
The Mahogany cape rack requires level 72 Construction to be built. Players can build it with just 63 Construction by eating some Orange spicy stew which grants -6 to +6 Construction, and by using a Crystal saw from the The Eyes of Glouphrie quest which grants a hidden +3 Construction. The Mahogany Cape Rack also requires 4 Mahogany planks.
Cape racks can be flatpacked, and bought/sold at the Grand Exchange. Building the flatpack requires 72 Construction. Installing the Mahogany Cape Rack into a player-owned house does not.
