The Magical orb is a quest item given to the player during the Hand in the Sand quest. It has no uses beyond the quest.
Trivia
- When you activate the orb before pouring the truth serum into Sandy's tea cup, a message will read: Nothing interesting happens! instead of the normal Nothing interesting happens.
