Locusts are monsters that live behind the buildings in the city of Sophanem. When killed, they drop Locust meat, which can prolong a player's stay fighting them, as it can be eaten immediately without needing to be cooked.
Locusts could also refer to locust Scabarites, known to live in the swamps east of the Agility Pyramid, and encountered during the Dealing with Scabaras quest. There are several types of locust Scabarites:
