The Leptoc family is a family associated with Varrock. The family is relatively wealthy and is known to have existed since the Fourth Age.

- Damar Leptoc - one of the founding members of the Elders of Avarrocka (deceased)
- Draul Leptoc - current head
- Juliet - daughter of Draul Leptoc
- Breana Leptoc
Note that this family was suddenly wiped out of history with the 21 September 2010 update. Although it is currently 169, the family was removed from the nine years old Varrock Census.
