Killcount is a unique system in the God Wars Dungeon that restricts entry to the boss chambers. 40 followers of a god must be slain to enter the respective boss chamber. The only exception is the Ancient Prison, in which you could opt to wear full Ancient ceremonial robes to go straight to the banking area that leads to the lair of Nex, the Zarosian general. You could still choose to do it by killcount. The killcount for that god would be reduced by 40 when entering the god's boss chamber. The rest is saved and could be used for a second entry. However, leaving the dungeon completely would cause all killcount to reset to zero. The generals and their bodyguards do count towards killcount. Killcount of the four gods involved in the God Wars Dungeon is displayed at the top right corner of the screen.
