The Keg contains gunpowder and is used during The Great Brain Robbery quest. It is specifically used to blow your way into a barricaded building by blowing up the door. It is possible to have multiple kegs.
Trivia
- For every keg you have in your inventory, standing on a fire may deal up to 400 life points.
- Using a tinderbox on it while in your inventory is reported to do the same.
