The KGP Interrogator is a penguin involved in the quest Hunt for Red Raktuber. He instructs the player to interrogate the captured penguin. He is in charge of teaching trainee KGP agents the art of interrogation, and is very enthusiastic about his job.
After the interrogation, players need to steal some evidence as they are items required for the quest. Four fish hats and a conch shell can be found by searching the interrogation room where the captured penguin is. They are kept as evidence, so players have to steal when the interrogator is looking away.
