Jewels are used in The Feud quest in order to gain the trust of the Menaphites. Players must steal them from Ali the Mayor's house in Pollnivneach in order to convince Ali the Operator to let the player join the Menaphites gang. The jewels used to belong to the mayor's wife before they were stolen.
