Halo

Halos are items that may be obtained from Lanthus, the Castle Wars reward trader. Each Halo may be bought for 300 Castle Wars Tickets and reduce the drain-rate of some prayers and ancient curses. The prayers and curses whose drain rate is reduced varies by halo, but all three reduce the drain rates of Piety and Turmoil. The Saradomin halo increases the Defence-increasing prayer time, Guthix the Accuracy prayers, and Zamorak the Strength prayers. These Halos give the second highest Magic defence bonus for the headslot in game (after the Battle-mage Helmet/Trickster Helmet).
