H.A.M. agent Christopher is a character encountered during The Chosen Commander. Christopher is amongst those radical members of H.A.M. that chose to ally themselves with Sigmund. He can be pickpocketed for Christopher's letter during the quest.
Christopher apparently joined H.A.M. with the hope of creating a long-term difference. He feared that continued human acceptance of other races could potentially have a negative influence on future generations. The idea that young children could be raised in close proximity to other races eventually drove him to seek violent answers.
